Experience: Should have experience in working with the Gujarat region

Key Responsibilities—

- Develop recent markets across Gujarat and other states.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, super stockists, and marketing agencies.
- Identify and onboard new sales partners to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Prepare and execute sales expansion strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Travel extensively for business development and distributor meetings.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business development updates.

Required Qualifications—

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products.
- Experience in distributor appointment and channel sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot, Gujarat
