Job Summary:

Stead Kraft Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies to promote our modular furniture products for offices, educational institutions, and government organizations. The candidate will be responsible for brand promotion, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, educational, and government sectors (including MES, PWD, GEM, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements and competitors.
- Plan and manage catalogue presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, basic promotions).
- Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and government departments.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and promotional events when required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing or business development (furniture / interior / construction industry preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of government tenders, GEM portal, and institutional marketing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in B2B marketing and institutional sales.
- Familiar with Northeast region market and government departments.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional in approach.
