Position: Marketing Manager – SARFAESI Asset Disposal

Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in SARFAESI/Bank Auction/Property Sales Preferred)

Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for the sale and disposal of secured assets under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The role involves generating buyer leads, promoting bank auction properties, coordinating with investors and brokers, conducting property marketing campaigns, and supporting the timely disposal of assets to maximize recovery for banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for SARFAESI properties, bank auction assets, and secured assets.

Generate qualified buyer leads through digital marketing, property portals, social media, brokers, and investor networks.

Create and manage marketing campaigns for e-auction and physical auction properties.

Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, recovery teams,



and legal departments for property disposal activities.

Ensure timely listing and promotion of properties on various online and offline platforms.

Organize property visits, buyer meetings, and promotional events to enhance asset sales.

Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and documentation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly asset disposal and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of property sales and real estate marketing.
- Understanding of SARFAESI Act, bank auctions, secured assets, and e-auction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospective buyers.
- Willingness to travel for property inspections, client meetings, and auction-related activities.
