About the Company A leading and rapidly growing Rice & Rice Products company based in Kannur is expanding its distribution network across Kerala. We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations, strengthen our dealer network, and drive sustainable business growth.

Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to expand the company's market presence across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have extensive FMCG marketing experience, particularly in rice and rice-based products, with a proven track record of increasing sales through distributor and dealer network development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales across Kerala.
- Expand and manage distributor, wholesaler, dealer, and retail networks.
- Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, trade schemes, and branding activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales and marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.

QualificationsMandatory
- MBA in Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline

Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Rice & Rice Products or Food Products is highly preferred.
- Proven success in building and managing dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of Kerala FMCG market.
