Marketing Manager (Domestic) – Sanitary & Plumbing Products

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager (Domestic) for a leading sanitary and plumbing products company based in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales, expanding dealer and distributor networks, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth across Kerala and other assigned territories.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sanitary ware, plumbing materials, bathroom fittings, pipes, valves, or related building material products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate recent business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Promote the company's sanitary and plumbing product portfolio.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events when required.

Requirements




- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of sanitary and plumbing products.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary ware, plumbing fittings, pipes, valves, bathroom accessories, or related building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
