About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand-building initiatives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, media platforms, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in brand management, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration—paired with the willingness to own execution end-to-end.

Roles and Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and implement holistic brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience Performance Marketing: Strategize, plan, and evaluate digital performance campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) in partnership with agencies—ensuring alignment with business goals and a strong focus on acquisition and ROI Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer trends, market shifts, and competitive activity to uncover insights and steer strategic direction Campaign Leadership: Own end-to-end campaign planning—from briefing to media execution and post-campaign analysis Brand Positioning:



Ensure relevance and consistency across all touchpoints New Launches: Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches Budget Ownership: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable returns Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, sales, design, and customer experience to drive alignment and cohesive messaging Agency & Vendor Management: Lead relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality output and timely execution Desired Skills and Functional Experience: 5–7 years of experience in marketing and media planning, preferably in a D2C or consumer internet brand Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing with an understanding of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and attribution models Exposure to fast-paced, execution-heavy environments with direct ownership of end-to-end campaigns Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation tools Experience writing and evaluating creative briefs and working closely with agencies Excellent communication and project management skills with a “customer-first” approach Prior experience in D2C, FMCG or lifestyle categories is a plus Team leadership experience preferred About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
