Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, campaign execution, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing channels (Social Media, Email, Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams on marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts using data and insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the Marketing Department of an EdTech company (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and content strategy skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
