TTM is a precise clinical process used to cool specific body regions or the entire body to defined temperatures that can support patient recovery and outcomes.

STEM’s technology is applied across multiple clinical areas, including oncology, neonatology, and cardiology. The company collaborates with healthcare professionals to advance protected, effective temperature management therapies and supports innovation in critical care settings.

Role Description This full-time remote Marketing Intern role supports the marketing team in promoting STEM’s Targeted Temperature Management solutions. The intern will assist with market research, gathering and analyzing data on healthcare markets, competitors, and customer needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and basic content, and helping with digital marketing activities such as social media updates and email outreach. The role also involves coordinating with sales and customer-facing teams,



maintaining accurate records of marketing initiatives, and contributing to internal reports. The intern will collaborate virtually with team members, participate in online meetings, and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic marketing coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields; prior academic or project experience in marketing or business is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
