About the Role

Ivory Holidays is looking for a bold, energetic Marketing Head to lead our brand, client outreach, and business growth. This role requires someone who can travel, coordinate on-site, and stay with the team during tours and client engagements. We are especially keen to hear from confident, capable female candidates for this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and lead marketing strategy to grow brand visibility and drive bookings.
- Travel to destinations and client locations to coordinate tours, events, and promotional activities.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and vendors.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing and sales support team.
- Identify new business opportunities and represent Ivory Holidays at travel fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media presence,



and promotional campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and report on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth client experience end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in travel/tourism, marketing, or client-facing leadership roles preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay on-site with the team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, bold, and proactive approach to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or marketing background is a plus.
