Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and fitness-driven Marketing Intern to join our growth team. This is a highly agile, hands-on role where you will marry your passion for bodybuilding/fitness with real-world digital marketing, multi-city field execution, and visual storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

- Gym Marketing Strategy: Design and execute hyper-local marketing strategies to position our brands directly within fitness centers.
- On-Site Content Creation: Script, direct, and shoot high-quality, engaging video content (Reels/Shorts) live from gym floors.
- Unique Gym Competitions: Brainstorm and organize high-energy fitness activations, challenges, and competitions to engage gym members.
- Athlete Outreach & Collaborations: Identify, connect,



and collaborate with local athletes and fitness influencers to produce impactful short-form video content.
- Multi-City Travel: Move across multiple target cities to implement on-ground marketing campaigns and audit brand activations.

Candidate Requirements

- Fitness Culture Alignment: Must be actively immersed in gym culture, follow a workout routine, and thoroughly understand supplement fundamentals.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly pitch ideas to gym owners and athletes.
- Content Creation Skills: Capable of filming and framing aesthetic video content using a smartphone or basic camera gear.
- Adaptable & Travel-Ready: Highly energetic, comfortable with frequent multi-city travel, and able to work independently on the field.

Internship Details

- Stipend: 10,000 per month (Fixed)
- Duration: 3 Months
- Location: Field-based / Multi-city travel
