We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience scaling EdTech businesses . If you've successfully generated high-quality leads, optimized funnels, managed marketing budgets, and driven revenue growth, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Funnel optimization and landing page performance
- Lead generation and CPL optimization
- Marketing automation and CRM workflows
- Campaign planning, reporting, and analytics
- Collaboration with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Identifying current growth opportunities across paid and organic channels

What We're Looking For





- 3–6 years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in an EdTech company is mandatory
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth funnels
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable business outcomes
