About the Role

We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how brands build influence with key stakeholders. This role sits within the Brand Advocacy team and offers hands-on exposure to government engagement, industry events, brand communications, and urban mobility initiatives.

If you enjoy taking ownership, coordinating across teams, and turning ideas into action, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, communication materials, and marketing collateral
- Conduct research on industry trends, government initiatives, and urban mobility developments
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing brand advocacy and marketing projects




- Maintain trackers, documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups on key initiatives
- Support the creation of impact stories, case studies, and content that showcases Chalo's work

What We're Looking For

- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take ownership

Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and documentation tools
- Interest in marketing, branding, communications.
