About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive or Client Servicing who brings a balance of creative thinking and analytical execution. The ideal candidate should be agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency setting. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and contributing ideas that add value to client deliverables.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, manage details efficiently, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships

Understand client objectives, translate requirements into clear briefs, and coordinate execution with internal teams

Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Bring creative thinking to client conversations while maintaining a structured approach towards execution

Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines

Assist in developing presentations, reports, campaign updates, and client communications

Analyze campaign/project performance and identify areas of improvement

Proactively identify challenges, provide solutions, and improve overall client experience

Support process improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency





Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project movement

Assist with basic website maintenance activities, including CMS updates, content changes, coordination with developers, and ensuring websites remain updated Key Requirements 3–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising, digital, or creative agency

Robust understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution

Ability to think creatively while being detail-oriented and process-driven

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable working with data, reports, timelines, and project trackers

Basic understanding of website maintenance, CMS updates, and coordination with technology teams

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and find solutions
