Job Summary The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the company's brand presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The role involves managing both digital and offline marketing activities, overseeing the marketing team, and ensuring maximum return on marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Collaborate with the Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to improve customer acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 7 to12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
