Position: Marketing Executive

Salary Offered: ₹50,000/- per month

Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA preferred (Candidates with an Engineering Degree and Marketing Experience can also apply)

Certifications (one or more certifications preferred): Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, Tendering & Procurement, Business Communication, Advanced MS Excel, Market Research, or Customer Relationship Management are preferred/required.

Experience Required: 4–5 Years in B2B Marketing

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Purpose To support and execute digital, online, and offline marketing activities, manage customer communication, generate business leads, coordinate customer approvals and follow-ups, and support branding and business development activities for the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute digital, online, and offline marketing activities for company products and services.
- Handle customer communication professionally through email, calls, meetings, and online platforms.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and identification of current business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers for approvals, documentation, inquiries, and project-related follow-ups.
- Support sales and marketing team in lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain customer database, inquiry records,



follow-up details, and MIS reports.
- Prepare marketing presentations, product profiles, reports, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and planning departments for customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, samples, and order status.
- Support branding, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and client visits.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Support management in achieving sales and marketing targets.
