We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Senior Executive Marketing to strengthen our marketing and branding initiatives in the Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste Management sector. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in market research, branding, digital marketing, and corporate communications, preferably within environmental infrastructure or EPC companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance the company's market presence and brand visibility.
- Create and manage marketing collateral corporate presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters, and digital content.
- Coordinate branding activities across digital and offline platforms, including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Support the Business Development team with market intelligence, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage the company website, social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and designers for branding and promotional activities.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in the company's branding and communication across all marketing channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 36 years of experience in marketing, branding, and market research.
- Preferred experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Solid Waste Management, Environmental Services, EPC, or Infrastructure companies.
- Robust understanding of branding, digital marketing, content creation, and corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software will be an added advantage.
- Creative, analytical, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple assignments within deadlines.
