Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per Month

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA (Marketing) Preferred

Experience - 2–3 Years Department – Marketing

Location - Mehsana, Gujarat (Only Local Candidates Preferred)

Job Purpose To manage customer inquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, coordinate with internal departments, handle tender submissions, maintain strong customer relationships, and generate recent business opportunities while ensuring timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations as per customer requirements.
- Manage the complete inquiry-to-order process.
- Prepare and submit tenders with all required documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and order status.
- Conduct direct customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and support business development activities.
- Maintain CRM records, quotations, sales reports, and documentation.
- Monitor quotation conversion ratio and inquiry pipeline.
- Track quotation turnaround time and improve response time.
- Review customer feedback and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure timely execution of customer requirements.




- Recommend process improvements to improve customer service and sales efficiency.

Technical Skills Required
- Experience in Tube/Pipe or Fabrication Industry (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ASTM & ASME Codes
- Knowledge of Engineering Standards
- Techno-Commercial Quotation Preparation
- Tender Preparation & Submission
- Engineering Drawing Reading
