About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and self-driven Marketing Executive to expand the reach of Rahul Sir Classes through on-ground marketing, business development, and student outreach. This is a field-intensive role that involves building relationships, generating admissions, and creating strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations to develop partnerships.
- Meet principals, HODs, professors, teachers, and academic coordinators to promote Rahul Sir Classes.
- Build channel partnerships with bookshops, stationery stores, libraries, cafés, college canteens, and other student-centric businesses.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and admission opportunities.
- Generate admissions through direct marketing and partner referrals.
- Organize promotional activities such as seminars, awareness drives, campus campaigns, and student engagement events.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing partners and regularly follow up.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in assigned areas.
- Submit daily visit reports, lead reports, and weekly progress updates.
- Achieve monthly targets for partnerships, student leads, and admissions.

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Prior experience in education marketing, sales, or business development will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Salary & Growth

- Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
