The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through digital marketing, references, walk-ins, and field activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
- Maintain customer data and sales reports in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of residential sales, property sales, real estate marketing, direct sales, channel sales, field sales, business development, lead generation, client acquisition.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology tools such as CRM software for managing client relationships.
