We are seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Executive to support retail marketing initiatives, drive in-store footfall, and enhance customer engagement.

About the Role:

The Retail Marketing Executive will assist in implementing offline and hyperlocal marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and supporting customer engagement programs. The role requires hands-on experience in store-level marketing, CRM management, and tools like WhatsApp Blast and Exploro, while collaborating with retail operations, merchandising, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns to drive retail growth
- Support hyperlocal campaigns, on-ground activations, and partnership initiatives to boost in-store footfall
- Manage CRM activities, including customer segmentation, targeted WhatsApp campaigns, and loyalty programs




- Execute marketing initiatives using tools like Exploro for tracking and reporting
- Support brand positioning, ATL/BTL campaigns, and PR activities
- Collaborate with retail, sales, and merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and contribute to ROI analysis and optimization

Qualification & Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in store-level marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp marketing, and Exploro
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, brand promotion, and customer engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
