Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a creative and growth-driven Marketing Specialist who understands that great marketing goes beyond campaigns—it's about building brands, creating experiences, and driving business growth.

You'll play a key role in shaping Haloocom's market presence by driving brand positioning, demand generation, and end-to-end marketing initiatives. If you're passionate about storytelling, lead generation,

digital marketing, and creating measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Drive Haloocom's brand positioning and digital presence across multiple channels.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.
- Manage initiatives across social media, performance marketing, email marketing, website, and content marketing.
- Create compelling marketing content,



presentations, and campaign assets aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business teams to generate and nurture qualified enterprise leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics, and ROI to drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Support product launches, events, webinars, and employer branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, brand marketing, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn marketing, performance marketing,

and marketing automation tools.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with Technology, SaaS, AI, or Enterprise businesses will be an added advantage.
