About the Role:

RMT IT Services is looking for a driven, entry-level Marketing Executive to lead promotion efforts for Jobfiest.com, our newly launched job portal connecting USA-based employers with job seekers. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their marketing career to take real ownership from content and social media to campaigns and partnerships while growing our user base and brand presence in the US job market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) to drive traffic and user sign-ups on Jobfiest.com
- Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook)
- Create and manage a content calendar blogs, newsletters, and posts targeted at US job seekers and recruiters
- Support SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic traffic and website ranking
- Research US job market trends and competitor platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Assist with outreach to recruiters/companies for job postings and collaborations
- Track and report on campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Engage with relevant online communities forums, Reddit, Discord, job-seeker groups
- Coordinate with design/dev teams for creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets

Skills Required:





- Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for US-audience content)
- Basic to solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SMM, email marketing)
- Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and basic analytics (Google Analytics)
- Self-starter, eager to learn, and able to take ownership in a startup environment
- Prior internship experience in marketing/content is a plus but not mandatory
- Interest in the recruitment/HR-tech/job portal space is a bonus

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (freshers and recent graduates encouraged to apply)
