Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional all-round marketing professional who is passionate about content creation, AI-powered marketing, video production, and digital brand building. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and capable of managing multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced international environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Brand Marketing

- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling copy that aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
- Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.

AI-Powered Marketing
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, and similar platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
- Use AI for content generation, research, campaign ideation, market analysis, and audience engagement.
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and marketing innovations.

Video Editing & Creative Media
- Create and edit qualified videos, reels, shorts, interviews, and promotional content.
- Design visually appealing marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging multimedia campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
- Support SEO, email marketing, lead generation, and online visibility initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze audience behavior and marketing data to improve ROI.




- Recommend innovative strategies for growth and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Technology, or a related field.
- Graduates from Tier 1 institutions are strongly preferred (IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS Pilani, XLRI, ISB, top international universities, or equivalent premier institutions).
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, branding, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong expertise in content creation and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and modern marketing technologies.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B, consulting, education, technology, or international organizations.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms.
- Experience managing LinkedIn thought leadership and executive branding.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
