You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-converting visual content for our clients across social media platforms using Canva and video editing tools.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visual Design: Create scroll-stopping graphics, carousels, banners, and stories using Canva and supporting design tools.
- Content Planning: Work on monthly content calendars, social media posts, and visual themes tailored to client brand guidelines.
- Video & Reel Editing: Assemble, edit, and optimize short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) with captions, transitions, and audio trends.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets maintain high visual standards, brand tone, and alignment with campaign goals.
- Trends Research: Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and design styles to bring fresh creative ideas to client campaigns.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent copy-matching skills.
- Advanced Canva Proficiency: Deep understanding of layout design, typography, brand kits, and template customization in Canva.




- Basic Short-Form Video Editing: Experience with tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Canva Video Editor.
- Strong aesthetic sense and high attention to detail.
- High energy, eager to learn agency workflows, and reliable under tight turnarounds.

We are seeking a sharp, articulate, and driven Marketing & Client Operations Associate to join our team in Tardeo. You will sit at the intersection of client relations and ad performancehelping lead client consultations, managing smooth onboarding experiences, and managing ad accounts and social profiles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Client Consultations & Onboarding: Attend client strategy calls, gather client requirements, and execute end-to-end onboarding processes.
- Ad Account Execution:



Assist in setup, monitoring, and daily management of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ad campaigns.
- Profile Management: Oversee client social media assets, ensuring timely posting, account hygiene, and performance tracking.
- Client Communication: Act as a responsive point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries, reporting, and updates professionally.
- Performance Reporting: Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and synthesize performance data into simple client updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
