About Solgram

Solgram is a health-first, premium grocery delivery platform powered by a dark-store and cold-chain infrastructure, launched recently in Gurugram. We deliver everything from fresh produce and FMCG to bakery, dairy, meat, seafood and our fresh food line, Solfood.

As an early-stage company, we're building from scratch - so you won't just execute the playbook, you'll help create it.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to lead Solgram's offline marketing across Gurgaon. This is a high-ownership role for someone with a Q-commerce, grocery or FMCG background who understands hyperlocal marketing, community engagement and customer acquisition.

You'll work closely with the founders, enjoy complete creative freedom, and build campaigns that drive awareness, app downloads and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing

- Own Solgram's offline marketing calendar and launch strategy.
- Drive society activations, pop-ups, sampling campaigns and local events.
- Build hyperlocal partnerships with RWAs, communities and businesses.

Campaign Execution

- Manage vendors, negotiations and end-to-end on-ground execution.




- Develop scalable activation formats across categories like FMCG, F&V;, bakery and Solfood.
- Ensure every activation reflects Solgram's premium brand experience.

Performance & Growth

- Track campaign ROI, customer acquisition and key learnings.
- Build offline marketing playbooks, vendor networks and scalable processes.
- Help establish the offline marketing function from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of experience in Q-commerce, Grocery, FMCG or Consumer Brands.
- Strong understanding of offline marketing, society activations and local partnerships.
- Creative thinker with excellent negotiation and execution skills.
- Tier-1 education preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Gurugram-based (or willing to relocate).
