Role Description We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support marketing, business development, and client engagement initiatives. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, offering a combination of office and remote work. The role involves supporting lead generation, market research, CRM management, digital marketing, proposal preparation, social media, and client communication.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, creative, and production teams to identify new business opportunities and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, creative, and comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities - Research potential clients across industries including IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, Government, and Enterprise.

- Build and maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other public sources.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, capability decks,



and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up campaigns.
- Support social media planning, content scheduling, and campaign reporting.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Coordinate client meetings, webinars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Track sales pipeline, proposals, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, editors, and production teams on marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

- Internship-experience in creative agencies or media companies is an advantage.
- Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity will be considered a strong advantage. You'll work directly with experienced professionals on projects for leading Indian and global brands, giving you practical exposure to both creative storytelling and strategic marketing in a fast-evolving AI-driven business environment.
