Job Summary

Synise Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our procurement team as a Reverse Auction Executive. The selected candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing reverse auction activities while ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in procurement, sourcing, and e-procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of reverse auction events on designated e-procurement platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely participation in auctions.
- Assist in preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations), bid documents, and auction schedules.
- Monitor live reverse auctions and provide operational support.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, vendor responses, and auction outcomes.
- Prepare auction reports, savings analysis, and management summaries.
- Coordinate with procurement, commercial, and project teams for auction requirements.
- Resolve basic vendor queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain supplier databases and update procurement documentation.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc.,



or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships or project experience in procurement or supply chain will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to learn e-procurement and reverse auction processes.
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts is preferred.

Compensation

Pay: ₹9,471.54 - ₹34,771.86 per month
