We're looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth business operations.

As a Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, supporting business development, and streamlining operational processes that contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
- Coordinate branding activities, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
- Work on SEO, website updates, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support business development activities by identifying new market opportunities..

Key Responsibilities - Operations

- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, and Customer Support teams for smooth operations.
- Liaise with DISCOMs, government departments, vendors, and channel partners for approvals and project coordination.
- Ensure timely coordination, process efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

What We're Looking For





- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Robust understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and website management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
