Role & responsibilities The Client Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Planning and executing marketing and promotional events

- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams

- Driving lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

- Managing event logistics, timelines, and reporting

- Supporting post-event analysis and sales follow-up processes

Preferred candidate profile

- Client coordination / Event coordination experience

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Languages:

- Mandatory: English & Hindi

- Preferred: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Marathi

Ideal Candidate: A confident, client-focused skilled with event/client servicing experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel.
