⏰ Commitment: Full time (40 hours/week) with at least 4 hours of PST overlap
? Shift: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST (remaining 4 hours flexible)
Role Overview:
Evaluate and compare responses from multiple AI chatbots using real-world small business scenarios in Hindi and provide structured feedback to improve AI performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals
- Interact with multiple AI chatbots (up to 5 turns per conversation)
- Assess responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy
- Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations
- Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results
Requirements:
- Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
- Business-related documents available in Hindi
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
- Comfortable interacting with AI tools
What You'll Work On:
- Create and evaluate marketing-related content
- Review customer interaction and day-to-day business scenarios
- Conduct market research and contribute business insights
- Support data analysis and financial planning tasks
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for small business use cases
- Work with spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other input files
