Role Overview The Margin Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting post-trade operations for APAC equity markets. The role involves managing equity settlements, trade processing, collateral management, and margin activities while ensuring timely and accurate settlement of trades and minimizing operational risk.

Key Responsibilities





- Process and monitor APAC equity trades throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Ensure timely settlement of equity transactions.
- Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions and failed trades.
- Perform trade, cash, and position reconciliations.
- Support collateral management, including cash, tri-party, cash pool, and non-cash collateral.
- Process Initial Margin (IM) and Variation Margin (VM) for equity swaps.
- Monitor cash movements and funding requirements.
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and reduce operational risk.
