? Hiring: Marine Technical Superintendent – Fishing Trawler Fleet

? Location: Nigeria

We are looking for an experienced Marine Technical Superintendent to manage the Repairs & Maintenance of Fishing Trawler Fleet.

Key Requirements:

✅ B.Sc. in Marine Engineering or a related field

✅ Minimum 8 years of sailing experience as a Marine/Mechanical Engineer

✅ Valid CDC holder

✅ Experience on NCV vessels (minimum 750 kW)

✅ Strong knowledge of:

- Vessel Repairs & Maintenance
- Maintenance Budgeting & Cost Control
- Spare Parts & Inventory Management
- Marine Diesel Engines
- Marine Electrical & Electronic Systems

Key Responsibilities:





- Oversee technical operations and maintenance of the fishing trawler fleet
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Manage technical budgets and spare parts inventory
- Coordinate repairs, dry-docking, and vendor activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations
