Ideal Candidate Profile

Approximately 8–15 years of relevant experience, with meaningful ownership of manufacturing operations, production planning, contract manufacturing or supply execution. Potential current titles may include Manufacturing Operations Manager, Head of Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning Lead, Contract Manufacturing Manager, Supply Operations Lead or Manufacturing Program Manager. Title is secondary to demonstrated evidence of independently driving products from manufacturing readiness through finished-goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Own manufacturing execution from approved product to saleable finished goods accepted into inventory.

· Build and manage production plans across multiple SKUs and contract manufacturers.

· Coordinate raw material and packaging material readiness against production schedules.

· Secure and manage manufacturing slots, lead times, production calendars and critical dependencies.

· Ensure approved artwork, packaging specifications and correct versions are released to manufacturing.

· Coordinate manufacturers, packaging vendors, procurement, regulatory, QA, warehouse and internal teams.

· Identify production risks early and create recovery or contingency plans.

· Drive delayed manufacturers and vendors toward committed outcomes rather than only reporting delays.

· Coordinate batch documentation, testing requirements and QA checkpoints while respecting independent QA release authority.

· Track manufacturing cost, yield, wastage, rework, delays and other operational efficiency metrics.

· Drive root-cause resolution for recurring manufacturing and vendor execution failures.





· Establish manufacturer and vendor performance scorecards and accountability mechanisms.

· Ensure finished-goods quantities, documentation, QA status and dispatch are reconciled before warehouse handover.

· Build manufacturing dashboards and provide concise visibility to leadership.

· Improve manufacturing workflows through process redesign, standardisation and automation.

· Build scalable manufacturing operations capable of supporting rapid SKU and volume growth.

Must-Have Experience

· Strong experience in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Supply Execution, Contract Manufacturing or related operations.

· Experience owning production schedules across multiple products, vendors or manufacturing partners.

· Strong understanding of material readiness, packaging, production lead times and manufacturing dependencies.

· Demonstrated experience recovering delayed or at-risk production plans.

· Strong vendor and contract manufacturer management capability.

· Experience tracking manufacturing costs, yield, wastage, rework or production efficiency.

· Strong process improvement, operational problem-solving and execution capability.

· Experience building dashboards, workflows, systems or automation for operational visibility.

· Robust cross-functional coordination with Procurement, QA, Regulatory, Product, Warehouse, Sales and other teams.

· Experience in FMCG, food, nutrition, supplements, consumer products, pharmaceuticals or other contract-manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
