Key Responsibilities
- Lead site sales operations and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the in office sales team.
- Coordinate with channel partners and developers.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Monitor lead conversion, CRM, and sales MIS.
- Ensure smooth booking and closure process.
Key Requirements
- 6-10 years in Real Estate Sales.
- 2+ years of experience in team handling/site sales.
- Graduation is must
