Role & responsibilities
.
- Recognized as a subject matter expert with strong industry and technical knowledge.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and client guidance.
- Review engagement deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members while fostering a positive work culture.
- Research tax and accounting matters and advise clients.
- Collaborate with Managing Directors on strategic planning and client initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years in U.S. tax compliance (1065, 1120S, 1120).
- Bachelor's required; CPA/EA/Master's preferred.
- Strong U.S. Federal, State & International tax knowledge.
- Experience with CCH, GoSystem, or OneSource.
- Client-facing experience and robust communication skills.
- Proficient in U.S. tax research tools; open to onsite work.
