Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage tax audits, appeals, and litigations related to direct taxes (income tax) for the company.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and notifications from the Income Tax Department.

- Prepare and review income tax returns (ITRs) filing process for various entities under the group's portfolio.

- Provide guidance on GST compliance matters to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in direct taxation (income tax), including auditing, appeals, litigation support.

- Robust knowledge of Indian Income-tax Act 1962 &
- Rules 1956
- Goods &
- Services Tax Act 2017 &
- Rules 2017.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
