Designation

Manager – Supply Chain Management

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA/Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Materials Management will be preferred.
- Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Six Sigma, Lean Management, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, or Operations.
- Proven experience in demand planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, D2C, or E-commerce industries will be preferred.

Role Summary

The Manager – Supply Chain Management will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing Tee Ess' end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure seamless procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. The role will focus on maintaining optimum inventory levels, ensuring timely product availability across Tee Ess' sales channels, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting business growth through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

Demand & Supply Planning
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts for Tee Ess based on sales trends, historical data, and market insights.
- Align demand planning with Tee Ess' Sales, Marketing, Amazon, E-commerce, and Operations teams.
- Prepare rolling forecasts, supply plans, and production capacity plans to meet business requirements.
- Ensure optimum stock availability across Tee Ess' warehouses and distribution channels while minimizing inventory carrying costs and stock-outs.
- Monitor demand variability and recommend corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other operational requirements for Tee Ess.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Tee Ess' suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, lead times,



and service level agreements to maximize value for Tee Ess.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Identify alternate sourcing opportunities to strengthen Tee Ess' supply chain resilience and procurement efficiency.

Production Planning

- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans aligned with Tee Ess' demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production execution.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials to prevent production disruptions.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure achievement of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets across Tee Ess' distribution network.
- Track production performance and drive continuous process improvements.

Inventory Management

- Maintain optimum inventory levels across Tee Ess' manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
- Monitor inventory turnover, stock ageing, and inventory health to improve working capital.
- Reduce slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory through effective planning and inventory optimization.
- Implement inventory control policies, cycle counts, and periodic stock audits.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with Tee Ess' operational policies and standards.

Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations across Tee Ess' supply chain network.
- Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and logistics service levels to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely dispatches to distributors, retail partners, modern trade outlets, and e-commerce fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to improve service quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Tee Ess' Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Coordinate inventory planning for promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal demand,



and business expansion initiatives.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports and dashboards for the leadership team.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, productivity improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, customer service, and profitability at Tee Ess.
- Ensure compliance with Tee Ess' policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning.
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar supply chain platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position based at Tee Ess' corporate office and manufacturing facility.
- Regular coordination with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales, finance, suppliers, and business partners across Tee Ess.
- Extended working hours may be required during peak production periods, major customer orders, new product launches, and business-critical operations.
- Occasional travel to Tee Ess' manufacturing plants, warehouses, supplier locations, customer sites, and distribution centers as required.
