- Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
- Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during transitions
- Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects. Preferred candidate profile Should have overall 10+ yrs of work exp with 4+ yrs in Full time Transitioning BPO Processes. Not Looking for IT Transitions Professionals
