- Review and analyze client contracts to identify compliance, billing, and SLA requirements.
- Interpret contractual terms and translate them into actionable process-level controls.
- Ensure alignment between client contracts and internal company policies.
- Implement compliance requirements within operational and financial processes.
- Define, document, and standardize processes in line with business and quality standards.
- Maintain solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, billing, and revenue processes.
- Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for identified gaps and control failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and track CAPA closure and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and support internal/external audits.
- Track and close audit observations within defined timelines.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
