Hiring Manager / Sr. Sales Manager – Loan Against Securities (LAS) for a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for LAS products through direct sales and channel partners.
- Acquire HNI, Corporate & Wealth Management clients.
- Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Risk teams.
- Drive portfolio growth while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 4–10 years in LAS, Wealth Management, Secured Lending, Banking or NBFC Sales
- Robust sales, relationship management and financial product knowledge.
- Only currently employed candidates will be considered.
