We are seeking an experienced finance qualified in Finance &

- Accounts function. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, banking, treasury, compliance, and ERP systems while ensuring statutory compliance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end Finance &
- Accounts operations.

- Finalize financial statements, balance sheet, profit & loss account, and ensure timely closure of books.

- Manage statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits.

- Handle banking relationships, treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital management.

- Monitor investments, idle funds, and provide recommendations for fund utilization.

- Prepare and submit stock statements and other banking-related documents.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, MIS, ratio analysis, and management reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards,



statutory regulations, and internal controls.

- Drive ERP/SAP implementation and process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

- Lead and mentor the Finance &

- Accounts team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance/MCom with 9+ years of experience in Finance &
- Accounts.

- Strong experience in manufacturing industry.

- Expertise in financial reporting, audits, treasury, banking operations, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and financial governance.
