At Zyng Parks, we're redefining outdoor entertainment by creating immersive, sustainable, and location-inspired theme parks built using recycled and waste materials. With parks expanding across multiple cities, we're looking for a commercially driven qualified to lead two of our fastest-growing revenue streams—Advertising & Sponsorships and Institutional Sales.

What You'll Do

✅ Drive advertising, sponsorship, and brand partnership revenue across the Zyng Parks network.

✅ Build and monetize sponsorship opportunities including on-ground branding, events, experiential activations, and digital assets.

✅ Develop long-term partnerships with leading FMCG, F&B;, EdTech, telecom, toy, and family-focused brands.

✅ Build institutional business by engaging schools, corporates, RWAs, clubs, and community organizations for group visits and recurring bookings.

✅ Create sponsorship packages, pricing models, and institutional offerings tailored to different cities and seasons.





✅ Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations, closures, activations, and post-campaign reporting.

✅ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and achieve revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Brand Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Sales.

✔ Strong track record of independently closing commercial deals.

✔ Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, FMCG, retail, media, or EdTech will be an advantage.

✔ Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Comfortable working across Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities with regular travel.
