- 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Data Management project implementation
- 1-3 years of experience implementing Structured Query Language (SQL) and data warehousing solutions
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Experience managing backlog refinement, user story preparation, and Scrum artifacts
- Experience removing impediments to team progress and driving continuous improvement within Agile teams
- Experience using Jira and Agile tools for tracking and reporting
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
- Experience participating in client meetings and stakeholder interactions
- Experience applying Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, including Crystal and Extreme Programming
