Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Revenue Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively 2 Team Leadership Train and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress Provide regular coaching feedback and performance evaluations 3 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients developers and investors Oversee client communications to ensure exceptional customer service Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally 4 Marketing Networking Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns Represent the company at networking events property exhibitions and open houses Maintain a skilled presence in the community to enhance brand visibility 5 Administrative Reporting Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior management Manage budgets contracts and legal documentation related to sales Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate 3-7 years preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
