- About the Role
- We are seeking a reliable, honest, and results-driven Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, leading the team, maintaining financial and inventory controls, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with all safety and company standards.

- Oversee the daily operations of the fuel station.

- Supervise, train, and motivate pump attendants, cashiers, and support staff.

- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.

- Monitor daily fuel sales, stock levels, and inventory reconciliation.

- Verify daily cash collections, POS transactions, UPI payments, and bank deposits.

- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

- Record expenses, purchases, receipts, and other accounting entries using TallyPrime.

- Coordinate with the company’s chartered accountant for accounting, GST documentation, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Prepare daily MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.





- Coordinate fuel deliveries and ensure proper stock management.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Oil Company guidelines, statutory regulations, and all safety procedures.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and qualified standards across the station.

- Prevent fuel loss, pilferage, cash shortages, and operational discrepancies.

- Coordinate maintenance of dispensing units, generators, air machines, and other equipment.

- Liaise with company representatives, vendors, banks, and government authorities whenever required.

- Drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in petrol pump operations, retail operations, FMCG, automobile dealerships, or similar businesses.

- Prior experience managing an IOCL, BPCL, or HPCL fuel station will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience with TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.

- Preferred Age: 35–45 years.

- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kottayam will be preferred.
