The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end analytical and program management assistance in various commercial monetization initiatives of DIAL ALD including developing recent ideas, Market Research, Bid strategy development, Bid Process and contract management for DIAL Airport Land development.

Role & responsibilities

Prepare financial models and compile decks of financial analysis for planned transactions/upcoming opportunities Conduct market research for upcoming opportunities like adopted business models, benchmarking practices, bid strategy, etc.

Ensure documentation for bid process, contract management and other key mandates. Assist in developing SOPs and ensuring correct processes are in place.

Manage execution of documentation and support contract management pre-bid ,



during bid process & post the bid process with the successful bidders

- Project agreements
- Preparation of Information Memorandum
- Framing of draft responses to pre-bid queries before the same is vetted by legal
- Development of data room along with Internal IT team for smooth transmission of information to Bidders during bid process.

Preferred candidate profile 6-10 Years experience in building financial models from a scratch in a real estate organization or for a real estate client.

MBA + Engg/ CA/BBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 College
