Quality Planning

- Develop and implement the projects Quality Management Plan (PQP), outlining quality objectives, procedures, and standards.
- Review and ensure that project specifications, contract documents, and drawings are clear, complete, and aligned with quality expectations.

Quality Assurance
- Monitor the implementation of quality assurance programs across all construction phases, ensuring compliance with ISO, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure that construction practices align with quality requirements and meet client expectations.
- Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous quality improvement processes in construction.

Inspections and Testing
- Coordinate and conduct regular inspections and material testing for all construction phases to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise third-party inspections and tests, such as concrete tests, soil tests, structural evaluations, etc.

Non-Conformance Management
- Identify quality issues or defects and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Investigate root causes of defects or non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions, and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, inspections, tests, and audits.
- Prepare quality-related reports for senior management and clients, summarizing key findings and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with industry standards

Collaboration with Project Teams
- Work closely with the project management team,



contractors, subcontractors, and architects to ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and contractors on quality requirements, ensuring they are aware of and follow quality standards and procedures.

Material Procurement and Supplier Evaluation:
- Review and approve suppliers and subcontractors based on their quality assurance capabilities and past performance.
- Monitor the quality of materials and equipment supplied to ensure they meet project specifications.

Quality Audits and Inspections
- Perform regular quality audits of construction processes, safety measures, and materials.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure correction of defects that might arise post construction
- Mobilize the contractors for change effort and assist in the negotiations

Post-Construction Monitoring
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues during the defect liability period.
- Ensure that defects or maintenance issues are properly addressed and rectified in a timely manner.

Note: Candidate should be locally based within the project region or demonstrate robust familiarity with the local market, regulatory environment, and stakeholder ecosystem. Must possess a proven track record of employment stability, with consistent tenure and progressive career growth across previous organizations.

Prior experience with reputed Tier 1 Real Estate Developers, Tier 1 EPC/Contracting Organizations, Multinational Project Management Consultants (MNC PMCs), or similarly established organizations handling large-scale and complex real estate or infrastructure projects is essential.
