- Reports to: Head - Projects KRA & Responsibilities Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- Analysing engineering drawings, survey reports to guide the construction process.
- Reporting project updates, milestones and delay analysis to the project in charge.
- Site conflict solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.




- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple vendor.
- Planning, allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency.
- Monitoring quality at site.
- Monitoring project costs, optimization budgeted cost.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges.
- Depth knowledge of measurement and BBS checking.
- Overall knowledge of project i.e PEB, MEP and Office interior. Qualification & Work Experience - Qualification: B. Tech (Civil)
- Work Experience: More than 7 Years
- Others: experience in project management at site.
