Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive end-to-end project management and PMO governance for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify automation opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and present strategic insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project milestones, risks, and performance through PMO dashboards.
