Role Overview The Manager serves as a strategic enabler to senior leadership, integrating governance oversight, data-driven insights, and executive support. This role plays a critical part in embedding robust governance frameworks, safeguarding and managing sensitive and confidential data, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. Through structured oversight and forward-looking analysis,



the role equips leadership with the clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions, drive strategic priorities, and execute with discipline and precision.

Role & Responsibilities

Governance & Oversight

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leadership, proactively managing and coordinating resolution of complex or high-impact matters
- Provide structured governance support across key organisational priorities and strategic initiatives
- Deliver independent oversight on adherence to people plans, release schedules, budget/expense controls, and other critical business enablers
- Maintain and validate records of statutory payouts (Incl. Overtime) within Operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness

Data, Insights & Reporting

- Enable leadership decision-making through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across Operations
- Own and maintain critical data sets, including headcount movements, departmental expenses, payroll inputs, and recruitment tracking
- Drive and monitor workforce planning (people plans), ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support performance tracking and strategic discussions

Executive Support & Enablement

- Provide seamless executive support to Operations leadership, ensuring smooth planning and execution of key activities
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and hospitality arrangements with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Lead the organisation of offsites,



leadership interventions, and away days to support strategic alignment and team effectiveness
- Support client engagements and VIP visits, ensuring a high-quality and well-coordinated experience
- Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and briefing materials tailored for senior leadership

Statutory & Financial Oversight

- Independently track and validate overtime, incentive payouts, and other statutory obligations

Confidentiality & Professional Integrity

- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards, ensuring data is managed, shared, and stored in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted custodian of leadership information, maintaining professionalism in all interactions

Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate with 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work with data and numbers
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
